Milner LLP is a business and marketing consultancy that uses marketing methods to build and measure the valuation, visibility and reputations of companies in a structured way.

Whilst some companies only use marketing as a sales generation function, we use marketing to drive sales and valuation. Over many years, we have developed an understanding of which strategic and operational marketing activities maximise the valuation multiple. Getting results – Increased Valuation and M&A
Constantly working to maximise value should be one area of focus for all management teams. High valuations make it easier to raise capital, acquire other companies for shares and maximise the shareholders’ return in a flotation or a trade sale. We work with our clients to fundamentally grow value over several quarters or years. This means that during;
